Where do I meet my pilot and crew?

When you arrive at the airport's private jet terminal (FBO), you will be met by the crew in the lounge, who will then escort you to the aircraft.

Or if you are driving directly up the aircraft's steps (possible at many airports) the crew will meet you there.

Depending on the country, you will often be given a mobile phone number for the pilot before you arrive at the airport and can make direct contact - for example if you are delayed en route.
