Adam is PrivateFly's CEO and co-founder. After 10 years as a RAF pilot and then flying private jets himself, Adam saw the opportunity to use technology to transform the fragmented private jet market.

Robert brings a wealth of aviation knowledge to the team. He is a South African licensed commercial pilot and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Business Management. He has worked in helicopter and private charter companies and has flown commercially in many parts of Africa, an important emerging market for business aviation.

Charlotte is originally from Toulouse. Her passion for aviation started young as her father worked in the space industry. She moved to Montreal, Canada before completing her Masters in Marketing in the University of Hertfordshire.
She previously worked for an international exhibitions organiser and is now responsible for PrivateFly's marketing activities to the French market.
