What happens when I arrive at the airport?

When you arrive at the airport, you will go straight to the private jet terminal (FBO) which is handling your flight.

At larger private jet airports there may be two or three separate FBOs so you will be booked into one of them (and will receive detailed directions to that FBO beforehand).

At smaller airports, the FBO will be a VIP area within the terminal building.

Security and immigration clearance is a quick and seamless process and in many cases pre-clearance can be arranged. Your luggage may be scanned at some airports and you may experience a quick immigration spot check, although this will all be very quick and barely noticeable.

You spend very limited waiting time in the lounge before departure – though of course you will be made very comfortable.

Your crew will meet you in the lounge shortly after your arrival and escort you the aircraft.

Most private jet flights depart within 15 minutes of your arrival at the airport.
