EXECUTIVE PAS ENJOY A TASTE OF THE HIGH LIFE

Busy executive assistants may book private jets for others, but rarely get to enjoy this mode of transport for themselves. So for two competition winners, Nicola Dennis and John McKenna, a recent private aircraft flight to Cornwall, with lunch at Jamie Oliver's award-winning restaurant Fifteen Cornwall, was a well-deserved treat.

The trip took place on 21 July and was arranged by private jet booking service, PrivateFly.com, in association with Fifteen Cornwall. The prize included day return charter flights from London Blackbushe airport to Newquay, with champagne served on board. Luxury ground transfers took the two winners and their guests from the dedicated VIP terminal at Newquay airport, to nearby Fifteen Cornwall in Watergate Bay, where they enjoyed a three-course lunch with wine. This was followed by time to enjoy the famously-picturesque stretch of beach on foot and from the air, with the pilot making a low-flying sweep of the beach on the return flight to London.

Winner Nicola Dennis commented: “It was a wonderful day, and a thrill to enjoy a private flight for myself. The crew made it such a unique experience for us, including a special goodbye – tipping the wings directly over the beach at Watergate Bay on our flight home. We were even lucky with the weather, with the sun shining after so many weeks of rain! We enjoyed every minute of it".
