“Having conducted the poll before with our own shortlist, it was obvious that this is a subject that inspires a great deal of debate and opinion. So this year we decided to assemble a group with the inside track on the world’s most beautiful places to land. Their choices have formed a shortlist of 32 of the world’s most beautiful landing spots.
“It is now up to the travelling public to decide the world’s best approach. Many of the airports and tourist boards are getting their fans behind them and encouraging votes through social media. The results will be announced in January, so may the best landing win!”
