PRIVATEFLY SPONSORS 15-YEAR OLD RISING STAR OF FORMULA 4 MOTORSPORT
PrivateFly is sponsoring young Formula 4 racing driver Olli Caldwell, in his first F4 season, with his inaugural race taking place on his fifteenth birthday this weekend.
The teenager, currently studying for his GCSEs, is the youngest member of the multi-formula Arden International racing team. A globally-recognised step between karting and F3, the F4 British Championship has established itself as the place for young drivers from around the globe to start their campaign towards a F1 career.
Caldwell will officially join the TRS Arden Junior Team at Round 5 of the championship, having waited to turn the minimum qualifying age of 15. His first race is on Sunday 11th June - his fifteenth birthday - at Croft in North Yorkshire.
PrivateFly, which launched its new brand identity last month, marked the start of the sponsorship by pairing Olli Caldwell and his single seater Mygale-Ford Formula 4 car, with a Pilatus PC-12, for a photo shoot at London Biggin Hill Airport.
