PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HISTORY
Palm Beach International Airport began operation in 1936 as Morrison Field. In 1937 the airport expanded beyond an airstrip and an administration building when the Palm Beach Aero Corporation obtained a lease, building hangars and the first terminal.
The airport was renamed Palm Beach International Airport in 1948.
